Day1 and Day 2: Biopsy and Hickman Catheter Surgery.

Day 1: We made our way to seattle for the doctors appointment. The doctor confirmed the cancer and gave it the name Osteo Sarcoma. He told me i would probably have to have about 6 months of chemo and a surgery to remove the cancer half way through. I cried pretty bad and was pretty upset that i would have to loose my hair. That i had just put pink in!!!! but oh welll maybe ill be cute bald :P Anyway i was told id be getting a biopsy and a Hickman put in to receive my chemo through. The thought of surgery really scared me and i probably asked about 50 times if i would feel them cutting me during surgery. They said no everytime.  hah I couldn't eat for 12 hours before my surgery so i was really hungry and craving jalepeno pringles like no other. But i couldnt eat them... so i went to sleep praying the surgery would go well the next day.

Day 2: Surgery day! I was rolled into the hospital in a wheel chair and taken to the surgery area. The anesthesiologist and all the nurses asked me a bazillion questions and most of them were the same just worded differently. Then they gave me an IV in my hand that tickled really bad! hah  then they walked me to the bed and wheeled me into the surgery room. I started freaking out soo they gave me relaxation medicine and let me breath bubble gum oxygen. Then.... well i don't really remember... i just woke up somewhere else super tired.
