As most of you know, I have moved back home to Spokane for the second half of treatment. My surgery went very well and my doctors and surgeon say i am moving along quite nicely for such a big operation. I have a full titanium leg pretty much, a metal rod goes through my bone all the way from my ankle to the prosthetic knee and then half my femur is replaced by a metal rod and the rest of the rod is drilled into my bone all the way up to my hip.
I'm very glad to be back in Spokane, and have probably been with shelley 85% of the time. We like to sit and watch tv, text, talk, and stalk people on facebook about the extent of my activities these days.
When im not in chemo, i try to get as much school done as i feel like, make as many plans as i can, and make it to youthgroup atleast once a month. Tj our new youth pastor has been great and we all love having him around!
I am in the middle of my 3rd week straight of Chemo and am a little worried that i will be feeling crappy over Christmas! please keep your prayers going. But after this weekend i will gave no more of this intense chemo! THANK GOD!
uhhhh! i have to admit being home hasn't solved all my problems and i still do get very lonely and sad. But thankfully i have an amazing support group. Everyone who is praying, selling shirts, buying shirts, thinking about me, Shelley,Andrew, Danny and all my other friends! i appreciate you all so much and love you tons.
T-shirts are going to be sold next week i think for 20 dollars in the mall at Mead Highschool!(:
oh and i should be having a kung surgery in the next 2 monthes or so just to test and see if some nodules they found are cancerous. We are going to Seattle for the surgery then coming back shortly after! anddd myyy chemoo is almost doneeMARCH!

Spokane Trip(:
day 1: Thursday: My day with Nikki: and later Shelley,Sheldon,Chris,Danny,Andrew and even later Josh:
My dad and I were going to pick Nikki up at lunch so she could come over for the rest of the day but first i had to suprise Jessica at lunch and see Emilie and Shelley! But i only had 20 minutes......So we all met at the track so no one could see me and we sat and talked for awhile. And thanks to the support of my amazing friends I finally gathered enough courage to walk into the school and visit my breakthrough teacher who also had.. had cancer. My dad said "okay now Robin make sure to be back in 10 minutes ill be waiting" and i said "okay okay suree". So we went around the whole outside of the school avoiding any people and snuck around the backside into the school. My teacher came out and said hey and stuff and asked me if i would be comfortable sharing my story with the breakthrough class. WHich im pretty sure im gonna do eventually but im not sure. Then we went to visit my english teacher and my old soccer coach that took about 45 minutes. Then i got a call from my dad he was very uppset and worried my line was going to be blocked. SO nikki and i ran outside and jumped into the car. Thankfully my line wasnt plugged and Nikki and i had a great time(:

At 7 Shelley, Sheldon, Chris , Danny, and Andrew all came over and we hung out and ate amazing tomato soup and grilled cheese made by my mother : D delicous. it was great at likeeee 9:15 Josh came and chilled with Chris and Sheldon and me! wohoooo fun stuff!
Day2 Touring Sacred Heart and then: Emilie and then Lauren's day:
My dad and i went to visit Sacred Heart the hospital i'll be finishing my treatment at after surgery.
Its a really great hospital with private rooms,fancy beds,my own refrigerator, and shower. yahooo!
Then at 2:30 we picked Em up from School! Me and emilie had an awesome time and even had a sour skittle race it was great heheheheh(: I LOVE YOUUU
and at 8 Lauren came over we created a religion and laughed alot and played zombies vs. Aliens forever. It was lots of fun and when her mom came to pick her up they brought me an amazing dessert of Creme brulee it was delicouss! love you laurenn!!!
Day 3: Mom and Robin day ; then at 5 Emilie comes over : at 6:30 youthgroup party and at 9:30 Shelley sleepover:
My mom and i finally got to spend some time together! She made me an amazing breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and tomatoes and hasbrowns : D it was tasty tastyy! Then we went up to greenbluff to get some apples! at Hansens! we picked our own and then treated oursleves to carmel apple apple sauce and a carmel apple! it was sooooo good!
when we got home she mad me a hot dog while i did spanish!
at 5 Emilie came over and we ate fundip on my bed(:
then at 7: we showed up at youthgroup it was really fun! and i really like the hopefully new youthpastor!
at 9:30 shelley came over and we had a sleepy over but i couldnt sleep. so it was bad but i found out you can sneeze in your sleeeep!!!
Day 4: last day :( : 7:45 wake up for churrch: 9 go to church: 11:40 breakfast date at rosaurs: 12:25 taylor picks us up with D: 2:45 we play sorry forever: 5:20: josh and andrew timee!: 7: Chris, sheldon , Danny, Shelley, Josh, Andrew timee!" 11: Sheldon Robin timee(:
at 7:45 shelley woke up to me playing scrabble which i played on the computer till 8:40 and ownedd! then i quickly got ready for church which started at 9 we ate chocolate chip pancakes there! and everyone at church made me a super legit quilt! 11:40 we were hungry so we left church early to have a shelley and robin date at rosaurs family restauraunt while my mom shopped. at 12:35 Taylor and D came and hung with us while my mom went back home. UNfortunatly Taylors super old dumb car died and we had to try and be jumped but it still didnt work so my mom had to drive back and get us! We all chilled at our house for awhile and we played sorry!! it was funn wohoodless!
at 5:20 Josh and andrew came and we took lots of pictures and chilled wohoo!! and ate hot dogss super fun!
at 7: everyone else came and we all talkedd(: super good
at 9: we all piled into sheldons car and tried to go to didiers but it was closed :( so we went and got icecream sandwhiches and ate them and goldfish at shelleys : D
Then we had a dance party in the car and tookm everyone home
Then sheldon and Robin had brother sister time and it was GRAND!

Welllll i havent been on in forever..... but newest updateee!
Okayyy so... first off idk how many people know this already but i was supposedd to come home from Seattle on Monday but unfortunatly and i was SUPER pissed i got a blood infection and was rushed by my father and mother at 11:47 to the hosptial with a fever of 101. I sat in the ER for a while before taken to the Oncology unit and given a bed in a room with 2 other people one of which happened to be a crying baby and the other a little boy who like to watch tv at 4 am. greatttttttt...... soooo my dad left to go back to woodinville and my mom pulled out the bed next to me and we tried to fall asleep. with not much luck.
They make you stay in the hospital 48 hours after your fever to make sure u dont get another fever so i had to stay there for 2 days. On the 2nd day my mom had to leave and go home. Not more then 10 minutes after mmy mom left did my nurse come in with some bad news... I had a positive blood culture and that meant i had a blood infection. :(
My mom and i had been talking about blood infecctions the day before and her being the mom she is not thinking i would get one told me that blood infections were prettyy serious and could sometimes be deadly.
So after my nurse told me i began to cry thinking i was probably gonna die and that it would be really bad. So my dad walks back into the room to me crying and he has no idea whats going on. I try to explain about the blood cultures and he realizes this means no Spokane probably.. no birthday in Spokane.. and no seieng his dog. :( So he calls my mom and explains everything and we wait for the doctor to come visit and explain more.
Around 8PM the doctor comes in and tells us that a blood infection was found. This could mean 2 things
1. a small staff infection nothing big but i would be put on antibiotics and friends could still visit.
or
2. It could be a large staff infection and i would be but in containment or whattttt evr that one I word is that i cant remember.. with no visitors and alot of antibiotics
and both those meant probably no spokane!!
I was pretty dissapointed and sad... but my dad and i kept up hope.. really hoping that we could just learn to do IV antibiotics at home.
The next day a scientist from the disease and infection group came and told us all about my infection .
THANKFULLY it was just the small infection and strangely it was only in one of my lines. So after 3 positive blood cultures and a few more studies to find out the exact antibiotic to use we should be able to go home. maybe spokane or maybe woodinville.....
Ps. the scientist guy had a really cool last name and a really perfectly shaven face... it was really coool
I had my up and down sickness with some nights being able to sleep and others feeling really sick. I finally got my tube feeding to over 40 and i started slowly to take pills by mouth again and i had 3 positive bloodcultures
I was stuck at the hospital for almost a week and pretty restless. pluss im pretty sure all my doctors were getting annoyed with the crazy girl who inturupted them constantly during rounds to ask questions and tell them all about my cold and how i wanted to go back to spokane. Eventually my constant begging worked and my dad was taught IV antibiotics in hope of leaving later that wednesday.
My original plan was to drive back early and suprise everyone at youthgroup.. but as the day went on and 2 came around with still no news i quickly moved on to new plans.
We finally were able to leave at 6:30 PM my dad was stressed outta his mind cause that meant we would have to stop at Squami pass and do my IV antibiotics at a gas station. Pretty tricky ocnsidering this was supposed to be a clean procedure. We managed to do it with little bickering. And soon had a fun drive home suprising my mom at 12:30 am with her two favorite people!
It was great to be home and my bed felt amazing and my dog slept on my bed and it was just great(:(:

Sorry im not blogging much!
This chemo was a little hard on me and i didnt eat much for the 5 days i was in tthe hospital.
Also the chemo didnt leave my body as fast as usual so i was stuck in the hospital till sunday night,
I was pretty sick and had an aweful headache also i was throwing up whenever i moved. So coming home sunday night i couldnt move without throwing up so i went to bed at 7. My dad had to wake me up at 11 and 5 am to give me a pill that would make sure the chemo left my body. also at 11 i got a bloody nose that lasted for 4 hours. Making it so that today my usual 15 minute monday lab draws turned into a 5 hour day of checking to see if i needed a blood transfussion, 2 houirs of sitting in the waiting room, and another coupke hours of IV fluids. I also willl be going back in again tomorrow for my tuesday chemo meetings and wednesday for chemo! can i not just get away from the hospital for one day? well anyway after tomorrows hospital visit i shall be going to abercrombie to buy a pair of jeans with my $50 gift certificate given to me by my social worker. hmmm i just ate for the first time in almost a week an amazing shrip scampy made by our neighbors here in seattle. i lost 5 pounds tooo!!
well tonight im watching post grad with my dad waiting for my auntie and unvle to get back form their trip!
Im coming home to spokane in 2 weeks to visit for a weeek, and i hope to visit as many friends as i can and also go to mead for lunches and a few hours in the libraryy.... yup

Suprise two days!
I was supposed to go sailing with my uncle, cousins, and dad little did i know Shelley, Emilie, Lauren, Andrew, Josh, Chris, Sheldon, and Danny were planning to suprise me and were all hiding in the boat. So my dad and I went down to the boat and first Emilie and Lauren popped up then everyone started coming up from below. I was so suprised and i started crying and it was amazing! We all went sailing and it was awesome! And then ate lunch at Red Robin! it was delicous!!(: And Sheldon, Emilie, and i went into the hurrican machine! Then Emilie, Lauren, Shelley, and i bought matching bestfriend panties!!! Then we went to a park and played. Then we all.went back to the hotel and had pizza for dinner and stuff and it was just really awesome!
The next day, i came back at 8 in the morning and hung out with everyone again. We wanted to go to the beach so we went down this long trail that ended up being like a mile long to get to this pretty beach where we went looking for shells and took pictures and just had fun. it was a really good day! and i love all of them so much!! and i appreciate all there support and love and they are such awesome friends!
The next day, i came back at 8 in the morning and hung out with everyone again. We wanted to go to the beach so we went down this long trail that ended up being like a mile long to get to this pretty beach where we went looking for shells and took pictures and just had fun. it was a really good day! and i love all of them so much!! and i appreciate all there support and love and they are such awesome friends!
My dad and I's Adventures before my next dose of chemo!!
First:
I went to the mall with my dad the first day i felt better and my counts were high again. Unfortunatly this was also the first day of my hair falling out and i was pretty emotional. I was pretty overwhelmed by all the people and clothes! So i just decided to go to Victoria Secrets and treat myself to some new panties and a bra! but i wanted to make sure my mom was fine with that so my dad sat outside the store and i went into Victoria Secret with my dads VISA and gave my mom a call. She just wanted me happy so she said it was fine and that i could also get a few shirts. So i picked out my panties and my bra and my 2 shirts and made my 89 dollar purchase!(: They checkout lady was asking me one to many questions and i started to cry but she gave me a hug and reassured me that she had a good feeling that i would be okay. Well after Victoria Secrets we headed home and Taylor came over to watch Friday the 13th with me! We also went to Dairy Queen it was fun!
Second day and third day:
I began to start loosing my hair more and so i got sort of depressed and never really wanted to leave the house. I started watching 3 hours of desperate house wives a morning and project runway too. But my dad made me leave the house so we took a trip to get makeup at the store! and to read magazines in Borders Books. It was a great outing.
fourth day: I began feeling better so my dad let me spend the day at my friend paigeys! We went to the mall and shopped a bit that was a little hard for me to do. but i had fun! then we went back to paigey's and ate our traditional meal all growing up of mac and cheese and chicken fingers and grapes and canned pears! it was great! i had alot of fun with her(:
fifth day:
My dad and i decided to go to the beach instead of the space needle because we were getting kind of a late start and we didnt want to get stuck in seattle traffic! So we went to the beach and looked for crabs! they are really cute and they have eyes!!!
sixth day:
Space Needle dayy! It was really cool but a little too much on your leg time and by the time we finally got to the top i was pretty tired! But its an awesome view and ive always wanted to go up there so it was alot of fun!

Well Shelley, Lauren, Josh, Andrew, Maeriah, Jonathan, and Amy came upp to Seattle to see me!
We spent the day at my aunts house and had alot of fun!
They took me for a walk in my wheel chair and everyone took turns pushing me. Andrew was making me do wheeliess! hah Anika is still my number 1 pusher tho!(:
They had spagetti casserole for dinner and i ate that nights craving of Cheese Sticks and Jalepeno poppers. (: mmm goood!! We played 10 fingers and just had fun!
Then we went for icecream at dairy queen!! I didn't touch any doors and lauren made sure to help me in the bathroom! she turned on the sink for me and ripped the paper towels and oppened the door!
They have mini Blizzards noww!!
Then we went to the park and took pictures and played on the play toys!!

I am finally feeling better!
I gained 3 of my 5 pounds back with these great 600 calorie drinks.
I'm still having some weird cravings but im eating alot better now!
My mom was able to visit this weekend and it was awesome i missed her alot! She helped my dad and gave him a little break.
I still have my hair too! so im hoping im gonna be one of those rare cases where my hair doesnt fall oout!!
Im hoping to go explore Seattle when my counts come back up!

Havent updated much..
hey everyone,
just chillen at my aunts.. finally feeling a bit better from the chemo intake. Ive been sleeping an aweful lot and at the hospital as well. Uh taking in lots of fluids and trying to eat so i dont have to go back to the hospital this week. Uhhh not really much to tell.. im pretty pissed i have cancer.. i feel like shit alot,, and uhhh i miss my mom and friends. I managed to eat a few pieces of pizza with ranch today and get around 32oz of liquid in my body yayyy!
Uh andrew visited me a few days ago and that was great..
and today we toured the ronald mcdonald house and taylor came to visit.
it was great to see him and he was able to cheer me up for the time he was here(: thankss love youu!
uhm yup well im going to bed thanks everybody ..
prolly getting my haircut tomorrow and fitted for a wig..
and omg Obama's in seattle too! its real cool ( i think thats how u spell it)

I managed to eat a few pieces of pizza with ranch today and get around 32oz of liquid in my body yayyy!
Uh andrew visited me a few days ago and that was great..
and today we toured the ronald mcdonald house and taylor came to visit.
it was great to see him and he was able to cheer me up for the time he was here(: thankss love youu!
uhm yup well im going to bed thanks everybody ..
prolly getting my haircut tomorrow and fitted for a wig..
and omg Obama's in seattle too! its real cool ( i think thats how u spell it)

Yesterday and Today
Yesterday: We arrived in Seattle yesterday, it was a long car ride. But we were rewarded at the end with a delicous dinner at Jennifer and Don's.
Today: Today i was in alot of pain, it was pretty hard but i was able to get morphine through my IV at the doctors. After my long appointment at the hospital my dad and i went to My Aunt Margaret's and Uncle Jeff's and picked up my laptop and iphone! Thanks so much you guys! i love you! and i appreciate the gifts soo much!!!(: Oh also i took my first shower by myself today! yayy! well anyway i miss my mom and love herr alot! and im super tired and gonna go to bed sooo nightt!
chemo starts tomorrow! Wish me luck and keep the prayers coming!

Sunday was Church: Nikki came with me and it was awesome!

My third day of being home: Saturday:
By saturday i was getting pretty tired... but i still needed to see more friends. Soo first up.. Emilyy!
Emily came over right as Emilie and Lauren were leaving. She and i caught up for awhile and then we decided to go for a walk around the neighborhood. She pushed me in my wheel chair while i navigated where to go. It was lots of fun. Especially watching Emily crawl under the Loyd Charles fence and try to jump on the pressure spot to open the gate! hah
Then we decided to get our nails done... I wanted to get my toes done but then Emily quickly warned me about the flesh eating disease traveling in pedicures. so i changed my mind and decided to do my fingers. We arrived at the nail place and it was kinda funny to see how many people stared.. its like they've never seen a gorgeous girl on crutches before... just kiddddingggg! anyway my nails looked super good and it was really fun!

Well Shelley and Jess Spent the night.. and uhm theres so much to say about both of them that it would take wayy to much time so all you guys need to know is that i love my 2 bestfriends more then all the stars in the sky(:
2nd day of being home: Friday(:
1. First, my friend Abbey came over! I was pretty exhausted from my day at camp but i wanted to see as many friends as i could before i had to leave again for Seattle. We kinda just laid on my bed and caught up on all our new news and stuff. And she painted my toes for me! :D Giving me a full pedicure with the lotioning my legs, to the massaging my toes, and finally to the little flower on each of my big toes!(: It was great! I'll miss her alot.
Next.. Nikki was supposed to come over but because i had such a busy day the day before i decided to take a 1 hour cat nap.. which quickly turned into a 3hour catnap hah
2. Finally, she was able to come over. She gave me a picture to have during my hosptial time, a letter from Kyle that he sent from Florida, and a bracelet that has been with her through her hard times. It was great and i loved all of it. We talked and cried and took some pictures and had alot of fun.
Im gonna miss you alot Nikki Gray. I love you so much and i wanna thank you for all your support. We've gone through alot of hurt together but everytime we come out in the end as stronger friends. I love you so muchh! Stay strong and keep things going in Spokane while im gone! love you!

3. We went to the Henry's for dinner. Thanks so much guys it was delicous. We love you so much.. thanks a billion for your support and love.
4. Emilie and Lauren came over for a spend the night. We had alot of laughs and ate a ton of junkfood but i still dont think a bag of minie snickers, redbull, powdered donuts, pringles, 3 containers of ben and jerry's icecream, and goldfish was enough. Also we watched hot rod! boy is that movie funnyyyy! hah
Because im on morphine i tend to say some weird stuff so when you mix morphine and redbull you tend to get some REALLY weird stuff outta me. So during the night i would wake up every once in awhile and say something really crazy to Emilie. Infact one time when my mom came in to check on us i told her " everything is fine mom, i got emilie on a leash so its okay!"
well anyway yeah we woke up in the morning and eat icecream and took pictures till it was time to leave..
and now i miss them both ALOT! and can't wait to see them as soon as possible!

Thursday i was able to go to Riverview Bible Camp for the day and see my friends! It was a great and emotional day. I recieved a camp shirt with all my friend's from church's signatures on it. I loved it. We spent the day watching volleyball, catching up on all the gossip, watching people get blobbed, screaming and singing into the camp owners microphone, laughing, and just being with everyone.
Toward the end of the day, the whole Shiloh Hills Youth met by the bonfire to pray for me and my cancer journey. It was amazing and pretty much everyone cried. I really realized how many people actually care about me and how strong our church family really is. A few of the guys shaved there heads to show support for me and that was really special. and yeah i just wanted to thank everyone who was at camp and who shaved there heads and just tell you guys i love you so much and miss you alot!

Doctor Appointment and more Amazing support!
Well we met with the doctor today who made the plan for my treatement and also my social worker.
we learned about some nasty side effects likeeee : hearing lose, hair lose, throwing up, major weight lose, and more stuff like that! But i am staying positive! I have visitors planned thankfully and Tuesday i start chemo! woahhh keep the prayers going!! welll.. tomorrow i get to go to camp and see all my friendies(:(:(:! yayy!!!
I wanted to thank Taylor, Sam, and John for my bracelet and your guys's support i love you all alot and yah your amazing!
again everyone should wear yellow to show support :D

Shelley and Jessica i love you two so much. I wish i could be with you two through this whole thing really bad. Day 3: Rest day after my surgery
Day 3: OMG let me just tell you that if you are ever in the Children's hospital please ask for there Apples! They are the yummmiest amazingest thing ever and i ate about 20 bags in 1 day. Also btw josh if your reading this i tapped one to your birthday card :D because i love you hahah! but unfortunatly they dont have jalepeno pringles :(
well my friend paigey came and visited me at the hospital it was great!(: i love her
